Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. We may also collect your name and other profile information you choose to provide.

Creator Data

You may input information about content creators, including names, contact information, social media handles, payment rates, and performance notes. This data is stored securely and used solely to provide the Service.

Social Media Data

When you or creators connect TikTok or Instagram accounts, we access and store video performance metrics including view counts, engagement data (likes, comments, shares), and public profile information. We only access data explicitly authorized through the OAuth consent flow.

Usage Information

We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.

Device Information

We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Display analytics and performance metrics for tracked creators
  • Generate reports and insights for campaign management
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We use Supabase for data storage, which employs encryption at rest and in transit.

Access tokens for third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram) are encrypted before storage. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations
